The Prince's Trust / BIBA
By royal appointment: Creating communications that appeal to clients' members

One is a leading UK charity, the other is Britain's biggest general insurance association. Two very different organisations, but The Prince's Trust and the British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) are both beetroot clients benefiting from our ability to create member publications that wow readers and win awards.

Enterprising, the magazine we produce for The Prince's Trust, is distributed to 12,000 members ranging from volunteers and business mentors to public and private sector supporters.

Content focuses on the programmes the Trust runs - one week our editor might be interviewing actor Kevin Spacey about his support for the charity, the next week they might be learning how youngsters have turned their lives around with the charity's help. Words are supported by striking portrait photography.

Enterprising has been hugely successful, winning last year's Communicators in Business (CiB) Award for Best External Publication, as well as the 2007 Chartered Institution of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Award for Best External Newspaper or Magazine.

The Broker, the quarterly publication we produce for BIBA, is another CiB Excellence Award winner. The magazine keeps the association's 2,400 members, who are insurance brokers, intermediaries or customers informed of industry events.

Impressed with our work, BIBA asked us to help with strategy and design when it rolled out new branding across all its communications channels at the start of 2009.
