The brief
After producing a four-page paper publication for a number of years, American Express approached beetroot for help writing their intranet in Europe.

Our response
MSI Europe Insight was designed by beetroot to work in a simple way that accommodates different story lengths. As part our service, we manage a network of contributors across Europe, taking care to ensure each part of the organisation is regularly represented in the stories we write. The site contains customer, business and people stories with a foreword from the head of division.

From time to time, the site contains translated versions of the main stories too.
